I loved the unique balcony with a amazing view and enjoyed some delicious meals at their lovely restaurant . They had live music sometimes, a nice treat for relaxation. The only thing I noticed was that getting the water temperature in the shower just right was tricky, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 🌟

Magnificent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Dined at Cote Brasserie, it was at a walking distance from the venue...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was a little hard.

The staff are very nice persons. The hotel is very good located, close to restaurants and galleries.
The plaza in front of the hotel there was a big meeting from Oaxaca teachers and everything is loud and dirty

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable if a little small. It was clean and the cleaning staff was cheerful and helpful. Most of the front desk staff was helpful as well. The windows were wonderful...easily opened and adjustable.
The wi-fi was practically useless; painfully slow if it was working at all. I was required to sign a form with requirements and responsibilities called "a contract" and was refused a copy for myself.

Recommend it for families who want fun
The location was very nice right on the Zocalo! The chaos and life outside. Plus, the super nice team, always ready to give advice on where to grab a bite or explore, just what we needed.
It wasn't cheap but definitely fair for what we got.

Great location and has a certain charm of slightly decayed grandeur. Excellent shower.
The bed was the hardest I have ever encountered in 20 years of staying in up to 30 hotels per year. Pretty close to sleeping on a board.

Amazing location and friendly staff!
The staff was cute and always ready to assist with any inquiries. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the plaza, but the noise from nearby events could be disruptive at times.

The location was ideal, situated right on the Zócalo with fine views and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff displayed really good friendliness and support, efficiently assisting with various requests. The room was spacious and well-maintained.
Noise levels can be disruptive, especially from nearby events.

I loved how the hotel offered an amazing central spot for people watching and even allowed me to enjoy the festive processions from the balcony . Plus, it was just a few steps to the Zocalo and the Mercado Benito Juarez.
